Every offer created inside Hoppy Bundles has its own unique Bundle ID.

This ID is used to identify a specific bundle, quantity break, upsell offer, or addon configuration. You may need it when manually placing offers on your storefront using App Blocks or custom code placements.

The good news? Finding your Bundle ID only takes a few seconds. 🚀

⚠️ Before You Begin

Before locating your Bundle ID:

• Make sure the offer has been saved at least once
• Make sure the offer already exists inside Hoppy Bundles

⚠️ Important:

Newly created offers that haven't been saved yet will not have a Bundle ID assigned.

If you're creating a new offer, save it first and then return to this guide.

🛠️ Step 1 — Open Hoppy Bundles

From your Shopify Admin:

→ Open Hoppy Bundles

This will take you to the dashboard where all your offers are listed.

📂 Step 2 — Open the Offer

Locate the offer you want the Bundle ID for.

Examples include:

• Bundle Offers
• Quantity Breaks
• Upsell Sliders
• Product Addons
• Category Quantity Breaks
• Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB)

Then:

→ Click the offer to open its settings page

🆔 Step 3 — Locate the Bundle ID

There are multiple ways to find your Bundle ID.

Choose whichever method is most convenient.

📍 Method 1 — From the Offer Header

Open the offer editor.

Near the top of the page, just below the offer name, you'll find:

Bundle ID

Next to the ID, you'll see a copy icon.

→ Click the copy icon to copy the Bundle ID instantly.

This is usually the quickest way to retrieve the ID.

📍 Method 2 — From Targeting & Placement

You can also locate the Bundle ID from the placement settings.

Inside the offer:

→ Open the Targeting & Placement tab

Then:

→ Under Placement, select Custom (only on product page)

Once selected, additional fields become available.

These include:

• Hoppy Bundles ID
• Hoppy Bundles Code Snippet

You can copy either field using the copy icon provided.

📍 Method 3 — Copy the Code Snippet

When Custom Placement is selected:

→ A ready-to-use code snippet becomes available

The snippet automatically includes your Bundle ID.

This method is useful when you plan to manually place the offer inside Shopify theme files or custom sections.

💡 The code snippet already contains the correct Bundle ID, making implementation faster and easier.

📌 Common Uses for Bundle ID

You may need your Bundle ID when:

• Adding a Hoppy Bundles App Block
• Using Custom Placement
• Embedding offers manually
• Adding code snippets to Shopify theme files
• Working with support during troubleshooting

The Bundle ID ensures the correct offer is displayed in the correct storefront location.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Unsaved offers will not have a Bundle ID
• Each offer receives its own unique Bundle ID
• Custom Placement must be selected before Placement-based IDs and snippets become available
• Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) offers may not display the Bundle ID in the page header

Using the wrong Bundle ID may cause a different offer to appear on the storefront.
