# 🔗 Integrate PopUps App with Omnisend

Connecting Hoppy PopUps with **Omnisend** allows you to automatically sync popup subscribers directly into your Omnisend account. Once connected, subscriber information collected through your popups can be sent to Omnisend for email and SMS marketing campaigns, automations, and audience management.

# **⚠️ Before You Begin**

Before connecting Omnisend with Hoppy PopUps, make sure:

* You have an active **Omnisend** account

* The **Hoppy PopUps** app is already installed on your Shopify store

If you don't already have an Omnisend account, you can create one during the connection process.

# **🛠️ Step 1 — Open the Integrations Section**

Open the **Hoppy PopUps** app from your Shopify Admin.

Then:

→ Click the **Integrations** tab from the left-side navigation menu

Locate the **Omnisend Integration** card.

If it is not connected yet, the card will display:

→ **Not Connected**

# **🔗 Step 2 — Connect with Omnisend**

Inside the **Omnisend Integration** card:

→ Click **Connect with Omnisend**

You will be redirected to Omnisend to sign in and authorize the integration.

# **👤 Step 3 — Log in to Omnisend**

If you are not already logged in to Omnisend:

→ Enter your **Email**

→ Enter your **Password**

→ Click **Log in**

You can also use **Log in with Google** if available for your Omnisend account.

ℹ️ If you are already logged in to Omnisend, you may be taken directly to the authorization screen.

# **🔐 Step 4 — Authorize Hoppy PopUps**

After logging in, Omnisend will ask you to authorize Hoppy PopUps to access your account.

The authorization screen will show the requested permission:

**Contacts — View, add, and update contacts**

Review the requested access.

Then:

→ Click **Authorize access**

This allows Hoppy PopUps to send your popup subscriber information to Omnisend.

# **✅ Step 5 — Verify the Connection**

After authorization is completed, you will be redirected back to **Hoppy PopUps**.

The **Omnisend Integration** card should now display:

→ ✅ **Connected**

You may also see a confirmation message indicating that **Omnisend connected successfully**.

Your Hoppy PopUps and Omnisend accounts are now connected.

# **📤 Step 6 — Sync Previous Subscribers (Optional)**

If you already collected subscribers through Hoppy PopUps before connecting Omnisend, you can sync those existing subscribers as well.

Inside the connected **Omnisend Integration** card:

→ Click **Sync Previous Subscribers**

This allows previously collected popup subscribers to be sent to your connected Omnisend account.

ℹ️ This step is optional and is only needed if you want to sync subscribers who were collected **before** the Omnisend integration was connected.

# **🧪 Step 7 — Test the Integration**

To verify that new subscribers are being synced correctly:

→ Open your storefront in an **Incognito / Private** browser window

→ Trigger one of your published popups

→ Submit a test email address

Then:

→ Log in to **Omnisend**

→ Open your contacts

→ Check whether the test subscriber appears there

If the subscriber appears successfully, the integration is working as expected.

# **⚠️ Common Troubleshooting**

## **Omnisend Not Connecting**

If the connection process does not complete:

→ Make sure you are logged in to the correct Omnisend account

→ Try connecting again from **Hoppy PopUps → Integrations**

→ Make sure you click **Authorize access** when prompted

## **Subscribers Not Appearing in Omnisend**

If new subscribers are not appearing:

→ Verify that the **Omnisend Integration** status shows **Connected**

→ Make sure your popup is published and actively collecting submissions

→ Check your Omnisend contacts

→ Try using **Sync Previous Subscribers** if you are checking subscribers collected before the integration was connected

Once configured successfully:

✅ Hoppy PopUps is connected to your Omnisend account

✅ New popup subscribers can be synced with Omnisend

✅ Previously collected subscribers can be synced using **Sync Previous Subscribers**

✅ Your subscriber data can be used for Omnisend campaigns and automations
