What does the “Exclude Products” option do in the Shipping Bar?

The Exclude Products option lets you choose on which products your Shipping Bar will not appear on.

That means the free shipping bar will appear on all the products that are not excluded.

1️⃣ Open the App

  • Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Hoppy Free Shipping Bar.

2️⃣ Go to the Placement tab.

3️⃣ Scroll to find the Exclude Products section.

4️⃣ Available Options⚙️

  • Don’t Exclude Products🙅

    • By default, the Shipping Bar is visible on all product pages across your store.

    • Choose this option if you want your free shipping or progress goals to be shown everywhere without restrictions.

  • Exclude Specific Products🔒

    • With this option, you can manually select specific products.

    • After you click on ‘Select Products,’ a pop-up will open where you can choose the products on which you don’t want the Shipping Bar to appear.

    • Example use cases:

      • 🚫 Digital products that don’t require shipping.

      • 🎁 Products that already include free shipping.

      • 🛍️ Special items or collections where shipping offers don’t apply.

  • Keeps your promotions accurate and relevant.

  • Ensures customers don’t see shipping offers that don’t apply to certain items.
