What is a Quantity Break Bundle Offer?
A quantity break means offering discounts when customers buy more of the same product. It encourages bulk purchases and
increases order value.
Examples:
- 🧴 Buy 2 shampoos, get 10% off
- 👕 Buy 3 t-shirts, pay for 2
Here's how you can create a Quantity break bundle offer using:
✅ Step 1: Open the Hoppy Bundles app
1️⃣ From your Shopify admin, open the Hoppy Bundles app.
2️⃣ Click on 'Create new offer.
✅ Step 2: Choose Your Offer Type
3️⃣ You’ll see two offer types:
- Quantity Break (One Product) 📦 – Set discounts based on the quantity of a single product purchased (e.g., Buy 2
get 10% off).
- Bundle (Up to 3 Products) 🎁 – Combine up to 3 different products into one offer with a set price or discount.
✅ Step 3: Create a Quantity Break Offer
4️⃣ Here, you’ll define the offer content:
- Name your offer🏷️ to easily identify it later.
- Apply the offer on📌 :
- All Products 🛒
- Specific Products (select from your catalog) 📦
- Collections (select desired collections) 📂
- Choose an Offer Template or you can build one from scratch🖼️ → Apply Selected template
✅ Step 4: Customize the Offer Content & Display
5️⃣ Set the template orientation (Horizontal ↔️ or Vertical ↕️) and choose a theme from the available options.
6️⃣ Now customize the offers:
Offer-1
- 💲 Select Discount Type:
- No Discount 🚫
- % Discount (e.g., 25% off) 💯
- Flat Discount $ (e.g., $29.00 off) 💵
- Flat Discount on Each Unit 📏
- Specific Price (e.g., $29.00) 🎯
- Enter Discount Amount✍️ (if not selecting No Discount).
- Enter the Quantity to purchase to apply this offer🔢.
- Add Offer Title🏷️ Set a short, clear title for your bundle (e.g., "Summer Essentials Bundle" or "Buy 2 Get 1 Free
🎁").
- Add Discount Label🏷️ (e.g., Standard Price) and Tag (optional). You can hide the Discount Label and Tag if you don’t
want them to appear.
7️⃣ Similarly, repeat the steps for Offer 2 and Offer 3.
- Click + Add Offer to create more offers.
8️⃣ Add Titles & Text
- Add Block Title📝 (e.g., "Buy More, Save More").
- Add Footer Text🖊️ if needed.
✅ Step 5: Customize Your Offer Settings
- In Appearance & Looks
- Show Unit Price📊: Customer can see each unit price in this offer
- Show Total Price💲: Customer can see the total price in this offer
- Hide Header and Footer Lines🚫: It will hide the header and footer in the widget
- Use Theme Fonts🖋️: The widget will use theme fonts
- Add Custom Text for Out of Stock📢 (e.g., "Highlighted item(s) are out of stock"): This message would be shown to
your customer when the selected product is out of Stock
- Set Functionality
- Let customers choose different variants for each item👕(if the product has variants, this setting will allow the
customer to choose different variants)
- Display widget below the Add to Cart button⬇️(This will add the widget below the add to cart button)
- Skip cart and go directly to checkout🚀(The customer will be directly redirected to the checkout page once the
option is enabled.)
- Volume Discount (extend max discount to all quantities)📦(This option allows users to buy additional items at the
maximum discount rate)
- Show Compare to Price💰(Customer can see the compare price in the offer)
- Discount Combination🧩
- Combine Product, Order, and Shipping discounts in cart & checkout (Shopify restriction applies globally).
- Choose Order Discounts and/or Shipping Discounts📦.
✅ Step 8: Typography & Colour Customization
- Text & Labels ✏️– Adjust size, style, and colour for Block Title, Offer Title, Discount Label, Price, Compare Price,
Tag, and Subtitle
- Variant Sizes📏 (Small, Medium, Large).
- Design & Layout 🎨 – Choose colours for border & background, and 📐 adjust border width & radius.
✅ Step 9: Save & Preview
9️⃣ Click Save to apply your settings.
🔟 Preview the offer on your store to ensure it looks and works perfectly.
