πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’» Temporary Store Access Request

Our support team might request temporary collaborator access to your Shopify store to assist you better.

This usually happens when:

  • 🐞 There is a bug (due to your theme not being supported or conflict with another app)
  • 🀝🏻 You need assistance in setup.

🀝🏻 What Access We Request

We only request the minimum access required to investigate and resolve the issue:

  • Online Store – Themes & Edit theme code
  • Products – to ensure features work properly with your catalogue
  • Manage apps and channels – to access our apps
  • View files – where required, to inspect theme asset configuration
  • Customers and/or Orders – only for apps that interact with customer-facing features (e.g. Appointment Bookings); never used beyond troubleshooting
  • Discounts – only where the app's features depend on discount functionality

We never request access to your store's financial data, payment methods, or billing settings. Any access to customers or orders is strictly app-specific and limited to reproducing and resolving your reported issue.

πŸ”‘ Sharing Your Collaborator Code

Shopify sometimes require a 4-digit collaborator code before our team can send an access request. To find yours:

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin β†’ Settings β†’ Users β†’ Security
  2. Locate your Collaborator request code
  3. Share the 4-digit code with our support agent via chat/email

Once shared, our team will submit the access request β€” you'll then receive an email to approve it. You remain in full control and can remove our access at any time.
