📬 How to View Export Subscribers
Every email and phone number collected through your popups is stored in one easy-to-access place — the Subscribers page.
Whether you want to review who's signed up, clean up old entries, or export your list for email marketing, this guide shows you exactly how to do it in just a few clicks 📥
📍 Step 1 — Open the Subscribers Page
Open the Hoppy PopUps app.
From the app navigation, click:
→ Subscribers
You'll see a table listing every subscriber collected across all your popups.
📊 Step 2 — Understand the Subscriber Table
Each row shows:
Column | What it means |
|---|---|
The email address submitted by the visitor | |
Phone | The phone number submitted (if collected) |
Date | The date the subscriber signed up |
Time | The time the subscriber signed up |
Country | The visitor's country (based on geolocation) |
Popup | Which popup the subscriber came from |
Actions | Edit or delete individual entries |
💡 If a visitor didn't submit an email or phone, that cell will show "-".
🔍 Step 3 — Filter Your Subscribers
You can narrow down the list using three filters:
📋 Filter by Popup
Use the dropdown at the top left to show subscribers from:
- All Popups — every subscriber across every campaign
- A specific popup — only subscribers from one popup
This is great when you want to see how well a particular campaign performed.
🔎 Search
Type into the search box to filter by:
- Email address
- Country name
- Popup name
The search updates automatically as you type — no need to press Enter.
Click the X inside the search field to clear it anytime.
📅 Filter by Date Range
Click the date picker to choose a custom range:
- Start date — the earliest signup you want to see
- End date — the latest signup you want to see
By default, the table shows the last 7 days. Adjust the range to review older campaigns or specific promotional periods.
📄 Step 4 — Navigate Through Pages
If you have more than 5 subscribers, pagination controls appear at the bottom:
- Click Previous to go back a page
- Click Next to go forward a page
The total subscriber count is shown above the table, so you always know how many records match your current filters.
✏️ Step 5 — Edit or Delete Subscribers
Edit an Email Address
If a subscriber made a typo, you can fix it:
- Find the row in the table
- Click Edit in the Actions column
- Update the email address
- Click Save
Delete a Single Subscriber
- Find the row in the table
- Click Delete in the Actions column
- The entry is removed immediately
Delete Multiple Subscribers at Once
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select one or more rows
- A trash icon appears at the top right
- Click the trash icon to delete all selected subscribers
⚠️ Deleted subscribers cannot be recovered. Make sure you've exported any data you need before deleting.
📥 Step 6 — Export Your Subscribers
Ready to use your list in an email marketing tool? Here's how to download it.
Choose an Export Format
Click the Download button at the top right.
You'll see two options:
Option | What's included | Best for |
|---|---|---|
All Fields | Email, Date, Time, Country, Popup name | Full analysis and segmentation |
Email Only | Just the email addresses | Quick import into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc. |
Download as CSV
Select your preferred option and the file downloads automatically as emails.csv.
The CSV opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any email marketing platform that accepts imports.
Export After Filtering
The export only includes subscribers currently visible in the table — so if you've applied filters (popup, date range, or search), the download will match those filters.
Example
If you:
- Select a specific popup
- Set the date range to last week
- Click Download → All Fields
You'll get a CSV of only that popup's subscribers from the last week.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Privacy first — only export subscriber data in compliance with your local privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Integrations — if you've connected Klaviyo inside the app, subscribers may also sync automatically to your Klaviyo list
- Duplicates — the same visitor can appear multiple times if they submit through different popups
- Pagination doesn't limit exports — the download includes all matching records, not just the current page
